Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no exceptions. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties may apply and are the customer responsibility.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, in batches on Tuesdays and Fridays. Shipping takes around 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. Delivery details are provided during checkout and in your confirmation email.
How does the bundle discount work?
Every pair on this page is already half price. Buy two and another 15% comes off the order. Buy three or more and it becomes 25%. You can mix any pairs you like, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout with nothing to type in.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a conversion table for that specific last, in EU, UK, US and centimetres. Most of our lace-ups fit large, so we usually recommend going half a size down. Between sizes, message us before ordering.
What are the return rules?
You can return a pair for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Try them on indoors on a clean surface to keep them returnable. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs back to us, unless the pair arrived faulty.
