Each colour was made once. The counter on every product page reads the real inventory, not a decoration that resets overnight.

Thirty days to change your mind and a one-year warranty on the band and the stitching. Ending a run is not walking away from what we sold.

Two friends and one worn-out beret
We would rather end the run properly than stretch it into something we would not wear ourselves.
What began as an argument between two friends over a beret that had outlasted three winter coats became Alderton. Nine years later the argument is settled, and the idea behind it has not moved an inch.
We choose every wool and every wooden block ourselves, and we have worked with the same finishers in the Bearn since the start. This batch is the last one they will make for us, so we priced it to leave rather than to sit.
